I like the puzzle piece look. Oddly enough, the first time I pulled it up tonight it didn't display correctly and I thought you had a lot of rough edges. After reading your post, I took a look in IE and it looked great. If you hadn't mentioned the IE issues, I would think you had a lot of work left. :) (Refreshing Firefox corrected the problems.)
