		<description>I suspect that for Gandhi, sacrifice in the saying above would be satyagraha, the practice of nonviolent resistence, the willingness to forgive and love and serve one&#039;s enemies; this he would also have found in the Sermon on the Mount.  I would think this would be an interesting study (Girard and Gandhi).  Thanks for your post</description>
